Job Requirements
- valid driver’s license for the applicable state
- high school diploma or equivalent required
- bachelor’s degree preferred
- proven experience in hotel or related hospitality management
- strong leadership and organizational skills
- ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- minimum 6 years of progressive experience in hotel management or a related field
- leadership experience in managing teams and driving operational success
- strong financial management skills including budgeting and cost control
- proficiency in hospitality management systems and technology
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to develop and execute sales and marketing plans
