We are currently looking to hire a skilled Cook to join our dynamic culinary team. This role is integral to our hotel's food service operations, spanning multiple outlets including the main restaurant, café, room service, employee cafeteria, and banquet events. The Cook position demands excellence in food preparation and supervision, ensuring that every dish served meets rigorous standards for quality, portion control, and aesthetic presentation. Candidates should be culinary experts who are adept at working in fast-paced environments and thrive under pressure. Job Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience or a culinary graduate with at least 1 year of experience in a hotel or related field
- Food Handlers Certification required (must comply with State requirements)
- Able to work effectively under pressure maintaining composure while quickly evaluating situations and determining the best course of action
- A strong communicator who listens actively to understand concerns raised by coworkers and guests and effectively conveys ideas and solutions
