The hotel features 227 spacious two-room suites, each with a private bedroom and a separate living area, allowing guests to experience a home-away-from-home environment. As a Front Desk Agent at Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter, you will be the face of the hotel and the ultimate ambassador for guest experience. Your primary responsibility is to deliver exceptional service from the moment guests arrive until they depart, ensuring their stay is as seamless and enjoyable as possible. This role is essential for creating lasting positive impressions by mastering the art of warm welcomes, smooth check-ins, and friendly farewells. You will play a critical role in juggling reservations, handling guest requests, and resolving any challenges efficiently and professionally.

The Front Desk Agent position is a dynamic and fast-paced role that requires excellent communication skills, quick problem-solving abilities, and multitasking prowess.
