As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional guest experiences within our full-service restaurant settings. This role is perfect for someone who thrives on leadership, teamwork, and creating memorable dining moments that guests cherish. Partnering closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you will be key in ensuring smooth daily operations, inspiring and motivating your team, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and service presentation. Your responsibilities will span overseeing costs, managing cash transactions, preparing staff schedules, and maintaining inventory, all while utilizing technology to enhance operational efficiency. You will also be a frontline troubleshooter, addressing guest feedback promptly and turning challenges into opportunities for positive experiences.

The ideal candidate brings proven supervisory experience within hospitality, excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and comfort in multitasking and maintaining composure in a fast-paced environment. Your leadership will foster a collaborative work culture, promoting open communication and teamwork among staff, and support ongoing training and development initiatives. Beyond operational duties, you will contribute creatively to promotional campaigns to attract more guests and grow business success. This role offers a blend of dynamic managerial tasks with the chance to engage guests directly, making every dining occasion a showcase of hospitality excellence. Full-time employees become eligible for a range of competitive benefits after an initial waiting period, including medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income protection, life insurance, paid time off, an employee assistance program, and a 401(k) retirement plan.
