The property also benefits from convenient transportation options, including the Southbank Shuttle Trolley service that stops right outside the hotel, as well as easy access to major highways like I-71 and I-75. Daily amenities include a free made-to-order breakfast and an Evening Reception offering drinks and snacks in an inviting open-air atrium. Their expansive event spaces provide over 8,000 square feet of flexible meeting and banquet space, including a ballroom with stunning city views, ideal for hosting weddings, corporate meetings, and memorable celebrations.

As a Convention Services Manager at Embassy Suites by Hilton Cincinnati RiverCenter, you will be the essential driving force behind the success of catering, food, and beverage sales within the hotel. This position is categorized as an overtime eligible management role, ensuring fair compensation for any extra hours worked.

Your responsibilities encompass managing event logistics, cultivating community connections, and staying on top of current market trends. You will lead efforts to deliver impeccably executed events, coordinate with various departments, and maintain seamless communication throughout the event lifecycle. By participating in local community activities and networking opportunities, you will enhance the hotel's visibility and reputation, contributing to sustained business growth. Creativity, professionalism, and a customer-focused mindset are key attributes necessary for success in this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong communication skills will enable you to effectively negotiate and influence clients, while managing multiple tasks with efficiency and confidence.
