As a Banquets Supervisor, you will be the key player in ensuring that every aspect of the banquet experience meets and exceeds the high standards of Aimbridge Hospitality. Your responsibilities include overseeing the setup and breakdown of banquet functions, inspecting event spaces to ensure they comply with Banquet Event Orders, and maintaining organization throughout the event. You will lead a dedicated team, inspiring them with your enthusiasm, leadership, and commitment to impeccable service. A Banquets Supervisor acts as an event ambassador, greeting guests warmly, fostering a positive team environment, and upholding safety and service standards rigorously.
