We are currently looking for a dedicated Housekeeping Supervisor to join our dynamic team. This crucial role is the backbone of our hotel's cleanliness and guest satisfaction efforts. As a Housekeeping Supervisor, you will oversee the daily operations of the housekeeping department, ensuring that every room and public area is spotless, comfortable, and inviting. You will lead and motivate a team of Room Attendants and House Attendants, providing hands-on training, clear communication, and ongoing support to maintain our high standards.

Your responsibilities will encompass inspecting rooms for cleanliness and proper setup, managing productivity reports, and conducting routine inspections to maintain quality control. You will take charge of key control and security matters, handling lost-and-found items with care and managing access to sensitive areas to guarantee guest safety and compliance with hotel policies. Safety and sanitation are paramount, and you will set and enforce rigorous standards to ensure all facilities and equipment are maintained to the highest levels of cleanliness and hygiene.

This role requires a proactive and organized individual who thrives on leadership and operational excellence. You will often step in for the Housekeeping Manager as needed, demonstrating the ability to manage time effectively and solve problems swiftly. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • 2-3 years of experience in hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Ability to lead a team and communicate effectively
  • Basic knowledge of safety and sanitation protocols
  • Proactive and organized work approach
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts including weekends and holidays

Job Qualifications

  • College coursework in a related field is a plus
  • 2-3 years of experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred

  • Oversee daily housekeeping operations with precision including inspections, reports, and productivity checks
  • Lead and inspire Room Attendants and House Attendants through clear communication and hands-on training
  • Handle lost-and-found items, maintain key control, and manage access to restricted areas
  • Set and enforce high standards for cleanliness and sanitation across all facilities and equipment
  • Step in to manage housekeeping operations in the absence of the Housekeeping Manager
  • Maintain safety protocols and ensure compliance with hotel policies
  • Foster a positive and motivating work environment for the housekeeping team
