Job Description

The Suite Stays hotel, located beside the Amarillo Civic Center in downtown Amarillo, is a premier lodging establishment dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a prime urban location. Our two-room suites offer guests spacious and comfortable accommodations while being conveniently close to popular attractions like the Cadillac Ranch and Amarillo Botanical Gardens, both within a 15-minute drive. Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
  • Previous supervisory experience preferred
  • Must have a valid driver's license
  • Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties

  • Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
  • Handle reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously
  • Manage daily front desk operations including logging activities, handling messages, and tracking packages
  • Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
  • Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service
  • Address guest concerns and resolve workplace issues efficiently
  • Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
