The Suite Stays hotel, located beside the Amarillo Civic Center in downtown Amarillo, is a premier lodging establishment dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a prime urban location. Our two-room suites offer guests spacious and comfortable accommodations while being conveniently close to popular attractions like the Cadillac Ranch and Amarillo Botanical Gardens, both within a 15-minute drive. The hotel is well-equipped with numerous amenities including an indoor pool, dry sauna, fitness center, and versatile event spaces capable of hosting up to 1,000 guests. We are currently seeking a dynamic and dedicated Front Desk Supervisor to join our growing team. This role is critical to the guest experience, as the Front Desk Supervisor acts as the heartbeat of hospitality throughout the hotel. The candidate will lead the front desk team with enthusiasm and professionalism, ensuring that every guest is greeted warmly and that check-in and check-out procedures are handled smoothly and efficiently. The supervisor will manage reservations, VIP requests, and all guest inquiries with care and attention, positioning the hotel as a welcoming environment where guests feel appreciated and important.
In addition to overseeing daily front desk operations, the Front Desk Supervisor will be responsible for maintaining accurate logs, managing communications including messages and package tracking, and ensuring that all operational details meet the hotel's high standards. This individual will also play a key role in revenue management by monitoring room rates, special packages, and promotional offers, aiming to maximize room revenue while delivering great value to guests. Leadership responsibilities include building and nurturing a strong and communicative team, providing thorough training for new associates, and resolving guest concerns or any workplace issues promptly and effectively. Upholding safety regulations and maintaining quality standards within the front desk operations is also a vital part of this role.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid
