The Suite Stays hotel, located beside the Amarillo Civic Center in downtown Amarillo, is a premier lodging establishment dedicated to providing exceptional guest experiences in a prime urban location. Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- At least 2 to 3 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field
- Previous supervisory experience preferred
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Compliance with certification requirements including Food Handlers, Alcohol Awareness, CPR, and First Aid

Job Duties
- Greet guests with genuine warmth and keep check-ins and check-outs smooth and stress-free
- Handle reservations, VIP requests, and guest inquiries promptly and courteously
- Manage daily front desk operations including logging activities, handling messages, and tracking packages
- Monitor room rates, packages, and promotions to optimize revenue
- Lead, train, and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional service
- Address guest concerns and resolve workplace issues efficiently
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and hotel policies
