The Front Desk Agent role at Suite is central to delivering this high standard of hospitality. Acting as the face of the hotel, you will embrace the responsibility of welcoming guests warmly and making check-ins and check-outs seamless and hassle-free. Your role involves managing reservations, responding promptly to guest inquiries and requests, and ensuring that all interactions create lasting positive impressions. You must excel at multitasking, handling various administrative and operational tasks efficiently, and communicating effectively with guests and team members. Problem-solving skills are essential as you address unforeseen issues or guest concerns with professionalism and grace. Job Requirements

  • Experience in a hotel or related field preferred
  • Familiarity with hotel management software
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multitask and handle stressful situations calmly
  • Strong problem-solving skills
