The Barista role at Elliott’s Café is pivotal in creating an exceptional guest experience by delivering attentive service and expertly preparing food and beverage items. The employment type for this position is hourly, with a competitive wage starting at $22.58 per hour, increasing to $23.03 per hour for colleagues with four or more years of service in the Barista role. Additional compensation opportunities include retaining 100% of the 18% service charge applied to orders and earning gratuities at guests’ discretion.
