The Elite Truck Driver / Traveling Driver – Class A position at Penske Logistics presents a unique and dynamic opportunity for experienced CDL-A drivers who thrive on variety, flexibility, and making a meaningful impact. As an Elite Driver, you'll be deployed to various Penske locations across the United States to support critical operations, launch new business, stabilize customer accounts, and cover high-priority assignments where skilled driving expertise is essential.

This role offers outstanding earning potential with compensation starting at $2,350+ per travel week, including a $350 per diem and pay during home weeks. Assignments last at least three weeks, with options to extend for continued travel based on your preferences. This flexibility allows you to balance work and life while maintaining a strong, consistent income. Training is provided for specialized equipment, allowing you to handle a range of job assignments from high-touch deliveries requiring personal interaction to no-touch automated freight.
