This role is for full-time Class A CDL Truck Drivers with immediate opportunities to join Penske’s elite driver team. The drivers will benefit from an attractive weekly earning package of $2550, which includes a $350 per diem allowance. This position requires travel up to 100%, making it an excellent option for individuals comfortable with frequent travel and extended periods away from home. Drivers receive one week of home time per month, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule despite the demanding travel requirements.

The job demands a hazmat endorsement along with relevant experience, while having a doubles endorsement is preferred but not mandatory. Drivers will be assigned to regional travel routes and may be required to operate at various work locations as needed. Aside from driving, this position involves training new drivers and supporting the launch of new operations, demonstrating Penske’s investment in professional development and collaborative team growth.

Drivers will be responsible for performing multi-stop deliveries and may be required to load and unload trailers using pallet jacks, hand trucks, and rolling cages depending on their specific assignment. The use of scanners to track and scan products during unloading and delivery is also part of the daily routine.
