As a Complimentary AM Attendant at this hotel, you will be the essential morning mood-setter, responsible for ensuring guests start their day with a warm welcome and a satisfying breakfast experience. This role involves multitasking with grace and efficiency—maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the dining and buffet areas, prepping and serving food and beverages attentively, and offering outstanding customer service. Your role is pivotal in creating a positive and memorable breakfast atmosphere by greeting guests with a genuine smile and helpful attitude, answering their questions about the hotel and local attractions, and handling requests and challenges calmly and effectively.

You will be expected to uphold the highest standards of food safety, cleanliness, and hospitality throughout your shift. The job requires stamina and the ability to work on your feet for extended periods, with occasional lifting and moving of items weighing between 20 to 50 pounds. Strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit are essential, as you will support other team members by assisting in dishwashing, restocking, and keeping the service areas efficiently running. This role is perfect for individuals who thrive in busy environments, enjoy a variety of responsibilities, and take pride in delivering excellent guest experiences.

This position is ideal for those with a passion for hospitality and an interest in growing their career in the food and beverage industry. A high school diploma or equivalent is preferred, and prior experience in food and beverage or hospitality roles is considered a plus.
