The Front Desk Agent role at Element San Jose Airport is a pivotal position focused on delivering exceptional guest experiences. As the first point of contact, the Front Desk Agent embodies warm hospitality by mastering the art of warm welcomes, efficient check-ins, and friendly farewells. This role involves managing multiple responsibilities such as handling reservations, attending to guest requests, solving problems swiftly, and ensuring seamless day-to-day operations at the front desk. Effective communication and multitasking skills are essential, enabling the agent to maintain smooth interactions between guests and the hotel team.

Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous hotel or hospitality experience preferred
- Knowledge of hotel software systems
- Ability to communicate clearly and confidently
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
