Located in Palmdale, California, this hotel provides travelers with exceptional access to nearby attractions such as Edwards Airforce Base, the Antelope Valley Mall, and the Antelope Valley Fairgrounds. Guests at Element Palmdale benefit from an array of amenities including a complimentary Rise breakfast, a Motion fitness center, free bike rentals, a heated outdoor pool, patio with BBQ areas, and intimate meeting spaces. From Monday to Thursday, the hotel offers a special Relax evening reception complete with complimentary drinks and light snacks, creating a welcoming community atmosphere that enhances the guest experience. Serving business travelers and visitors to notable nearby employers like Boeing, Lockheed Martin, NASA, Northrop Grumman, and Plant 42, Element Palmdale is celebrated as a longer stay hotel that prioritizes guest comfort and balance.

The role of Housekeeper at Element Palmdale places you at the core of the hotel’s operations, where your efforts directly impact the quality of every guest’s stay. As a Housekeeper, you will transform guest rooms into pristine retreats by cleaning diligently and organizing the space with care and precision. Your daily tasks will include refreshing beds with crisp linens, re-stocking essential supplies, shining lobbies and hallways, and maintaining the cleanliness of restrooms and public areas. Beyond routine cleaning, you will engage in deeper maintenance tasks such as swapping AC filters and applying paint touch-ups to ensure the hotel remains in impeccable condition.

Your role extends beyond cleaning since you act as a friendly, approachable face for guests, assisting them with requests and delivering items promptly — enhancing their overall satisfaction. You will uphold the highest safety standards by being vigilant about sensitive areas and practicing safe work habits, thus contributing to a secure and worry-free environment for both guests and colleagues. Element Palmdale fosters a team-oriented culture where success is celebrated collectively through daily Stand-up Meetings, where employees are recognized and ideas for continuous service improvement are shared.

As part of a large company operating over 800 hotels worldwide, Element Palmdale offers a people-first approach that includes extensive employee development opportunities. Housekeepers here can benefit from a competitive compensation package including daily pay options, medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability income plans, life insurance, paid time off, an Employee Assistance Program, and a 401k retirement plan. Additionally, staff receive hotel discounts, access to online training courses, and leadership development programs to support career growth within the hospitality industry.

Working at Element Palmdale means becoming part of a dynamic and supportive team that values diversity, collaboration, and excellence. This full-time position offers a unique blend of responsibilities that allow you to make a tangible difference in guest experiences while growing your skills and advancing your career. If you are passionate about hospitality, highly attentive to detail, and enjoy contributing to a warm, inviting atmosphere, this is the perfect opportunity to join a leading hotel where every day brings new challenges and rewards.
