Job Requirements

  • At least 2 years of progressive hotel sales experience preferred
  • Four-year college degree with at least 1 year related experience or two-year degree with 2 years related experience
  • Valid driver’s license in applicable state
  • Highly developed verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to negotiate, sell, and influence
  • Experience with professional selling skills including opening, probing, supporting, and closing
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organization and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage and interact with diverse people
  • Advanced sales, marketing, and hospitality knowledge
  • Ability to maintain composure under pressure

Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Cast creative spells to fill rooms and increase revenue
  • Assemble, train, mentor and inspire a diverse sales team
  • Build budgets, forecast sales, and develop marketing campaigns
  • Conduct sales calls, tours, and client meetings
  • Network effectively to maintain and grow client base
  • Support the General Manager and collaborate across departments
  • Maintain composure under pressure while meeting targets
