Guests at Element Chandler enjoy a variety of amenities designed for both relaxation and activity, such as the state-of-the-art fitness center, a refreshing pool, and health-conscious food options. The hotel features bright and open multi-purpose public spaces where guests can work, socialize, or unwind in comfort. The guest rooms are spacious and thoughtfully arranged with open-flow designs, fully-equipped kitchens, and the signature Heavenly Bed®, all crafted to rejuvenate guests whether they are traveling for business or leisure.
As an Assistant General Manager at Element Chandler, you’ll play a critical leadership role in ensuring that the hotel operates smoothly and guests have exceptional experiences. You will act as the right hand to the General Manager, stepping into that role when the manager is unavailable. This position requires overseeing multiple departments, managing team performance, and making strategic decisions that drive hotel profitability. Your ability to lead confidently and communicate effectively will enable you to motivate your team while maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere that guests will appreciate. You will have the opportunity to recruit, train, and develop staff, empowering your teammates to grow professionally within a supportive environment. You will also be responsible for monitoring the hotel’s financial information to control costs and boost revenue, all while maintaining compliance with company standards and policies.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced hospitality environment and has a passion for delivering excellent service. As an overtime eligible manager, you will need to be flexible with your working hours and ready to engage in various management duties throughout the hotel. Your expertise in problem solving and collaboration will be fundamental in addressing daily challenges and ensuring the hotel operates as a well-oiled machine. Emphasizing professionalism, you will enforce grooming and appearance standards to uphold the hotel’s prestigious reputation.
Joining Element Chandler means becoming part of a dynamic team dedicated to hospitality excellence. The hotel offers competitive wages with overtime pay calculated accordingly, reflecting the value placed on your contributions. In return, you will gain rewarding career opportunities and an environment where your leadership can truly make a difference. If you are committed to fostering positive guest experiences and leading a motivated team, this is the role for you. Become a key player in creating memorable moments for guests while furthering your hospitality career at Element Chandler.
