This position for an IFM Assembler is designed for individuals who excel in teamwork and precision work environments. As an assembler, you will work within a strong team environment to build electronic assemblies according to exacting quality standards. The role requires excellent communication skills coupled with mechanical ability, enabling you to follow detailed work instructions and visual aids effectively. Responsibilities in this role include assembling components by soldering, testing, encapsulating, packing, and operating machinery—all performed in adherence to ISO9001 quality standards. Working conditions are set in a clean, well-maintained environment with shift hours from 2:30 pm to 10:30 pm. The company offers a highly competitive wage starting at $21.50 per hour for the second shift, negotiable for candidates who bring a minimum of three years’ applicable assembly experience.
