The role at hand is for an experienced Assembler specializing in Electrical and Mechanical component integration. The position demands a thorough ability to assemble kits composed of various electrical and mechanical components and fasteners, with an emphasis on wire harnesses, cable assemblies, and complex hardware. The assembler is expected to integrate components made from composite and metal materials according to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and IPC-610 standards. Essential to the position is the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, specifications, part numbers, and related documentation that define markings and workmanship requirements. The job requires expertise in using a variety of hand tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, and Go – No-Go Gages for assembly and quality assurance.

The ideal candidate must demonstrate the capacity to work from assembly drawings, instructions, or schematics with minimal supervision while accurately assembling and troubleshooting complex electrical and mechanical parts. Previous experience in aerospace, defense, military, or manufacturing is highly valued, alongside a history of working within stringent quality and safety standards. Candidates with soldering and wire harness assembly experience in accordance with IPC Class 3 specifications will fit well in this role. Job Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or Trade School Graduate
  • over 10 years technical experience in aerospace, military, defense, manufacturing or similar
  • demonstratable knowledge of fabrication and assembly of electronic and mechanical hardware
  • experience as assembler or apprentice is a plus
  • ability to pass drug and background screening
  • ability to use computers and multitask
  • willingness to work overtime
  • able to obtain and maintain government security clearance
