Yulista Integrated Solutions LLC is currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Assembler to join their team on a regular full-time basis. This entry-level role is designed for individuals who have a passion for hands-on work and an eagerness to learn the intricacies of electrical and mechanical assembly processes. The position involves assembling kits made up of electrical and mechanical components as well as fasteners, performing the assembly of cable and wire harnesses, and integrating electrical and mechanical wire components into assemblies constructed from composites and metal materials. The assembler will work strictly following IPC/WHMA standards, ensuring all work meets quality and workmanship requirements.

The assembler will be responsible for reading and interpreting engineering drawings, specifications, part numbers, and descriptions, including markings and quality standards to ensure accuracy and compliance throughout the manufacturing process. The role demands proficiency in manual dexterity to utilize various hand tools such as wrenches, torque drivers, and Go - No-Go gauges, alongside the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Attention to detail is paramount, as tasks include filling out forms, recording data accurately, verifying counts, and checking assembly descriptions for compliance with size, color, and dimension specifications.

Candidates for this position should possess beginner to intermediate computer skills, particularly experienced in using Microsoft Office Suite and capable of learning new software programs as required. The assembler will be responsible for data entry within company databases, ensuring the integrity of the information related to production and assembly. Job Duties

  • Assemble kits made of electrical and mechanical components and fasteners
  • perform assembly of cable and wire harnesses electrical and mechanical wire and component integration on assemblies made of composites and metal material to IPC/WHMA-A-620 and 610 standards
  • read and interpret drawings, specifications, part numbers, and descriptions including markings and workmanship requirements
