This position is for an Electronic Assembly Operator at TTM’s Littleton, Colorado location. The role is a first-shift position, running Monday through Friday from 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM with the possibility of overtime as needed. As an Electronic Assembly Operator, you will be responsible for performing assembly operations on electronic components and subassemblies primarily using hand soldering techniques. The job requires strict adherence to company standards, IPC, and J-standards while ensuring product compliance with quality expectations.

The operator works with a variety of tools such as hand tools, voltmeters, scales, holding fixtures, bench tools, and both automated and manual soldering equipment. Assembly tasks are often conducted under a stereo microscope, demanding precision and keen attention to detail. Operators must be able to read, interpret, and follow complex written and visual assembly instructions, process engineer directives, and supervisor guidelines. Quality inspections at different stages of the process are integral to the role, as is compliance with all safety, security, and ESD policies.
