Whether applicants are seasoned manufacturing experts or early-career professionals, the company provides opportunities for skill development, career advancement, and meaningful contributions within a collaborative and high-performance culture.
TTM Technologies is currently seeking motivated individuals to fill assembly operations roles with a primary focus on mechanical assembly of electronic components and subassemblies. These positions are based at the Littleton, Colorado facility, with a standard weekday first shift schedule of 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday through Friday. Employees in this role are critical to upholding the company's manufacturing quality standards and stringent industry compliance, including IPC and J-standards.
The role involves performing precise mechanical assembly tasks, often using a combination of hand tools and specialized equipment such as soldering irons, voltmeters, and automated soldering devices. Assembly work is typically conducted under stereo microscopes to ensure accuracy, reflecting the sensitive and detailed nature of the components handled. Duties include preparing and assembling printed circuit boards, dispensing adhesives, interpreting complex assembly instructions and technical drawings, inspecting materials and finished products, and maintaining rigorous compliance with all corporate safety, security, and electrostatic discharge (ESD) protocols.
TTM places a strong emphasis on employee growth and success, supported by initiatives such as the Operator Advancement Program (OAP), which allows operators and assemblers to certify skill levels and progress their careers up to three times annually. Notably, 68% of applicants in the OAP’s first year received promotions, underscoring the company’s commitment to rewarding performance and fostering internal talent development.
Compensation ranges for this position are competitive, typically between $36,800 and $58,168 annually, with potential for bonuses and shift premiums based on position and schedule. Employees enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes health, dental, and vision insurance, 401(k) retirement savings plans, flexible spending accounts, paid vacation and holidays, life and disability insurance, and other wellness programs, with benefits eligibility commencing from the first of the month following hire.
TTM Technologies operates under stringent export control policies compliant with ITAR, EAR, and OFAC regulations, ensuring all employees are vigilant about product handling, visitor authorization, and adherence to legal requirements concerning foreign person access and international shipping.
This role is ideal for individuals who possess mechanical aptitude, detailed hand-eye coordination, and a dedication to quality and continuous improvement within a cutting-edge manufacturing environment. TTM’s inclusive hiring practices ensure all qualified candidates receive equal consideration regardless of race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, citizenship, disability, or veteran status.
