The role of Electromechanical Assembler at IDEX is a critical position focused on contributing to the heater build process through precise and safe chemical plating, cleaning, and assembly tasks. Beyond technical execution, this role also includes mentoring team members in plating procedures and safety, upholding a clean and organized work environment in accordance with 5S and regulatory standards, and preparing finished products for shipment.
