The Electrical Assistant Project Manager position is integral to managing and executing large electrical projects from inception to completion. In this role, you will collaborate closely with upper management and project managers to ensure the safe and successful delivery of projects while adhering to timelines and budgets. You will be responsible for building and leading dynamic teams, meeting customer requirements, managing project scope, and driving profitability through effective project execution. As a key team member, you will develop and lead project management goals, including technical, scheduling, procurement, contractual, personnel assignments, and capacity planning. Continuous improvement is paramount; thus, you will evaluate and refine departmental systems and processes to align with customer needs and profitability objectives.

Your responsibilities extend to thorough review and understanding of contractual requirements, ensuring all projects meet schedule demands, and proactively adjusting plans to accommodate changing priorities, resource availability, and customer expectations. Maintaining transparent and effective communication with customers before, during, and after project milestones is necessary to validate and meet expectations. Financial forecasting and project review processes will fall under your purview, with an emphasis on driving division profitability and delivering high-quality engineering and project deliverables. This role demands proactive communication to address challenges, risks, and successes systematically, fostering an environment of continuous learning and improvement.
