Holding a global presence with multiple manufacturing, sales, and service facilities, Regal Rexnord serves diverse markets including factory automation, food and beverage, aerospace, medical, data center, warehousing, alternative energy, and more.
Now, Thomson Power Systems is seeking a dedicated Electrical Assembly Lead to join its growing team in Arlington, TX. This fully onsite position reports to the Production Supervisor and plays a crucial role in leading electrical assembly operations within the new facility. The Electrical Assembly Lead will be responsible for overseeing the preparation and setup of workstations, managing materials, and guiding a crew of assemblers and technicians to ensure that projects are executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with company policies and industry standards.
In this leadership role, the Electrical Assembly Lead will facilitate daily meetings to maintain effective communication and workflow, champion Lean manufacturing practices, and guarantee adherence to Regal Rexnord’s stringent ISO standards. The role demands keen attention to quality through active participation in product inspections and continuous improvement efforts. The Lead Hand will also be instrumental in upholding Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) protocols, promoting company values, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to resolve any operational challenges.
This position offers a competitive hourly wage ranging from $29 to $35, depending on experience, with a schedule from Monday to Thursday or Tuesday to Friday, 5:45 AM to 4:15 PM. Candidates will benefit from comprehensive medical, dental, vision, and prescription drug coverage, with additional perks such as paid time off, tuition assistance, and a 401k retirement plan with employer matching contributions.
Overall, this role is ideal for individuals with strong leadership skills and extensive hands-on experience in electrical panel and switchgear assembly who are eager to contribute to a dynamic team environment and help establish a cutting-edge facility in Arlington.
