The Electrical Assembly role at Greenheck Group offers an exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team within an industry-leading manufacturer. This position plays a crucial part in assembling electrical components critical to the operation of Greenheck's HVAC products. Employees in this role work with various electrical circuits including single-phase, three-phase, and high/low voltage circuitry, following electrical schematics as well as customer and engineering specifications to ensure quality and reliability.
Greenheck provides competitive compensation starting at $26.19 per hour, with regular pay increases reaching $30.95 per hour, plus an additional $1.50 per hour shift premium for second and third shifts. Shifts available include first shift (6:00 am - 2:00 pm) and second shift (2:00 pm - 10:00 pm), Monday through Friday.
The role requires hands-on skills to mount and assemble electrical components, pull and land wires, interpret and work from electrical schematics, and use basic hand tools and measuring devices effectively. Attention to detail, effective communication skills, and the ability to adapt and cross-train in other classifications are critical for success in this role. Employees must also follow safety protocols and assist with daily housekeeping tasks to maintain a safe and organized workspace.

Job Requirements
- Lift up to 50 pounds frequently during an 8-hour work shift
- Bend, stoop, push, and pull in a busy work environment for up to an 8-hour work shift
- Climb a ladder and/or scaffolding frequently during an 8-hour work shift
- Stand for up to an 8-hour work shift
- Grip, manipulate, and hold small parts with fingers
- Hear different types of sound, decibels, and tones such as alarms, sirens, and mechanical equipment
- See without visual impairments (depth, peripheral, color and acuity 20/40 or better)
Job Qualifications
- Knowledge of single phase, three phase, and high/low voltage circuitry
- Ability to read and understand electrical schematics
- Ability to distinguish wire gauges and types
- Basic math skills and computer skills
