Job Description

Greenheck Group is a global leader specializing in the design and manufacture of air movement and ventilation products. Established in 1947, this innovative company has built a reputation for producing industry-leading commercial HVAC systems that serve a vast range of markets including commercial, institutional, and industrial facilities worldwide. Their trusted products are utilized in environments such as schools, hospitals, factories, and stadiums, showcasing their vital role in creating comfortable, safe, and efficient indoor spaces. Greenheck is renowned not only for its advanced technology and environmentally responsible initiatives but also for its award-winning culture that emphasizes employee growth, development, and wellbeing.

At Greenheck Group, joining the team means becoming part of a committed family rather than merely starting a job. The organization prioritizes the personal and professional advancement of its team members, offering a supportive and dynamic work atmosphere. Regular recognition and national accolades highlight Greenheck's dedication to fostering leadership and opportunity at all levels of the company. Employees benefit from a competitive compensation package, starting at a minimum wage of $26.19 per hour with regular increases up to $30.95 per hour, and an additional $1.50 per hour shift premium for 2nd and 3rd shifts. The company also boasts an extensive benefits package under its total rewards program, including health and family support resources, financial security options, continuous learning and development opportunities, wellbeing and mental health initiatives, and programs that reward and recognize employee contributions.

The Electrical Assembly role at Greenheck Group involves assembling and mounting electrical components, wiring them according to schematics, and ensuring compliance with customer and engineering specifications. Candidates must demonstrate a thorough knowledge of single phase, three phase, and high/low voltage circuitry, and have the ability to read and interpret electrical schematics as well as distinguish wire gauges and types. Communication skills, basic math, and computer competencies are essential, alongside the ability to safely operate material handling equipment and use hand tools correctly. Attention to detail and adherence to standard safety practices are critical to success. The company encourages cross-training in multiple job functions to enhance flexibility and career growth.

Working in this fast-paced industrial environment requires physical endurance, as employees may frequently lift up to 50 pounds, perform bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling actions, climb ladders and scaffolding, stand for extended periods, and manipulate small parts with precision. Visual and auditory abilities must meet safety standards, including the capacity to hear alarms and other mechanical sounds clearly, and maintain visual acuity for proper task execution.

Greenheck Group is dedicated to diversity and inclusivity, providing equal employment opportunities regardless of age, race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or veteran status. The company supports applicants with disabilities by offering reasonable accommodations during the recruitment process upon request. The recruitment team assures candidates of secure and legitimate hiring practices, advising applicants to use only the official company career site when applying for positions.

Choosing a career with Greenheck Group means joining a vibrant, values-driven team where happy and enthusiastic individuals collaborate to achieve extraordinary results. Employees enjoy a balanced work-life environment across shifts including 1st shift from 6:00 am to 2:00 pm and 2nd shift from 2:00 pm to 10:00 pm Monday through Friday. This opportunity offers a path to grow professionally while making tangible contributions in a company that truly values its people and the communities it serves.
