Hyatt at Olive 8 is an acclaimed full-service hotel recognized for its commitment to sustainability and exceptional guest experiences. As a LEED-certified establishment located in the heart of the city, Hyatt at Olive 8 combines eco-friendly practices with luxurious hospitality. Among its many offerings, Elaia Spa stands out as a tranquil sanctuary dedicated to wellness and relaxation. Elaia Spa emphasizes a harmonious connection between guests, the community, and the environment, creating an indigenous spa experience that reflects both progressive city culture and a deep respect for the earth. As a recipient of numerous accolades, this Hyatt location has fostered an award-winning culture that values diversity, inclusion, and employee growth, making it a great place to work for those passionate about hospitality and community wellness. The part-time Spa Concierge role at Elaia Spa is designed to support this mission by ensuring each guest's experience is seamless, welcoming, and rejuvenating. This position is integral to maintaining the spa's soothing atmosphere and excellent service standards, acting as the final point of contact for guests before their treatments. Core responsibilities include scheduling spa treatments and deluxe packages, managing guest registrations, processing payments, and offering personalized product and treatment recommendations to elevate the guest experience. Beyond guest interactions, Spa Concierges contribute to the operation’s smooth running by assisting in maintenance tasks such as restocking towels, managing retail inventory, and supporting the Spa Membership Program through onboarding and membership management. This role requires a warm, communicative individual who thrives in a wellness-focused environment and values eco-conscious hospitality. As a part-time colleague, the Spa Concierge receives competitive hourly wages ranging from $27.50 to $28.05 depending on tenure, plus additional compensation derived from service charges included on guest bills. Hyatt also offers excellent benefits that support work-life balance, health, and career development, even for part-time workers. Benefits include medical, dental, and vision insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and various employee perks such as uniform cleaning, discounted rooms, and educational reimbursements. By joining Hyatt at Olive 8 and Elaia Spa, the Spa Concierge not only advances their career in luxury hospitality but also plays a key role in nurturing wellness and eco-friendly values within a respected, global hotel brand. This position offers an enriching environment for those eager to deliver meaningful guest experiences while embracing a sustainable, inclusive workplace culture.
