Job Description
This position is for a cook at a restaurant. The main responsibilities include preparing, cooking, storing, and cutting whole chicken and other grilled products, as well as maintaining cleanliness and sanitation in the work area. The role reports to the Assistant and General Manager.
Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- ability to follow food handling and safety procedures
- experience in food preparation preferred
- basic math skills
- mobility to move up to 75lbs
- ability to work under pressure during peak times
