Job Requirements

ability to move up to 75lbs with assistance
reach, bend, stoop, scrub, lift, and wipe
empty trash bags weighing up to 40 lbs
high level of mobility/flexibility
able to work under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
continual standing and walking

Job Qualifications

sufficient mobility to move or operate in work area
meet government regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
ability to understand and follow company recipes
basic math skills, including units of measurement
ability to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards
at least 18 years old to cut chicken
