Job Requirements
- ability to move up to 75lbs with assistance
- reach, bend, stoop, scrub, lift, and wipe
- empty trash bags weighing up to 40 lbs
- high level of mobility/flexibility
- able to work under heavy stress/pressure during peak times
- exposure to heat, steam, smoke, cold and odors
- continual standing and walking
Job Qualifications
- sufficient mobility to move or operate in work area
- meet government regulation pertaining to health risk concerns about food handling
- ability to understand and follow company recipes
- basic math skills, including units of measurement
- ability to observe and ensure product is prepared and presented to company standards
- at least 18 years old to cut chicken
