Tasks include quickly and thoroughly cleaning and resetting tables after guests depart, assisting servers with pre-bussing and beverage service, and maintaining stocked and orderly workstations. The role demands an understanding of food safety and health standards, including knowledge of tribal, federal, state, and local sanitation regulations, as well as the New Mexico Food Handlers certification acquired upon hire.

This position requires physical stamina to meet the demands of a fast-paced environment, including the ability to lift up to 30 pounds and perform various physical activities such as standing, walking, balancing, and crouching. The Busser must be team-oriented, able to follow instructions carefully, and maintain high personal hygiene standards. The work environment can involve indoor and limited outdoor duties, potentially subject to temperature extremes and exposure to cleaning chemicals and other hazards. Flexibility is crucial since the schedule may include weekends, holidays, and overtime as approved by management.
