This includes tasks such as bussing tables, assisting servers with beverage service, managing trash disposal, and ensuring all areas are well-stocked and sanitary.

The job requires compliance with Tribal, Federal, State, and local regulations regarding food safety and sanitation. New hires are required to complete the New Mexico Food Handlers course and pass background checks and drug screenings.
