At the Edmond Campus of St. Luke's Methodist Church, we are seeking high-energy and enthusiastic candidates with outgoing personalities to join our team in operating our coffee and book shop. This part-time position is ideal for creative individuals with proven experience in customer service and retail settings. The role involves interacting with guests, managing merchandise, supporting marketing efforts, and helping maintain a welcoming and clean environment. Candidates will also prepare Starbucks coffee beverages for customers, with training provided as part of the onboarding process. We offer flexible shifts, including Sunday mornings, weekdays, and select evening hours, at a competitive hourly wage ranging from $12 to $14 based on experience. Job Duties
- Greet and assist guests with exceptional customer service
- Responsible for organizing displays and restocking merchandise
- Accountable for labeling and receiving all products
- Assist manager with marketing and promotional items
- Maintain a clean environment at all times
- Prepare all Starbucks Coffee beverages for customers (will train)
- Assist with monthly inventory audits
