Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain current food handlers card
- ability to accurately work with numbers, orders and food specs
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to remain calm and focused in a high volume, deadline-oriented work environment
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends and holidays required
Job Qualifications
- prior experience in a kitchen or food preparation role preferred
- knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
- excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- ability to work under pressure in a busy environment
- basic math skills for handling orders and food specifications
- food handlers card or willingness to obtain one
Job Duties
- manufacture and present all pizza products
- perform line cooking duties including salads, hot and cold sandwiches, pasta, appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, sauté and grill items
- organize and clean work area
- handle tasks from opening to closing of the pizza kitchen
- work independently and as a team member
- multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- maintain quality and safety standards
