Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum two years of fine dining experience
- Ability to work flexible shifts including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Knowledge of food and beverage products
- US work authorization
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Commitment to delivering exceptional guest service

- Minimum two years fine dining experience
- Knowledge of wine pairing and beverage program management
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to train and lead staff
- Experience managing beverage costs and inventory
- Leadership skills to motivate and coach employees
Job Duties
- Have complete knowledge of food and beverage products and specifications
- Clear and reset tables as quickly as possible
- Greet guests warmly with a smile and make eye contact
- Check for table setting completeness
- Describe breakfast, lunch, and dinner features, including menu changes and daily specials
- Oversee table maintenance and coordinate service at the table with runners
- Work with coworkers in clearing and re-setting tables
- Operate as a team member, helping others and requesting help as needed
- Perform other restaurant duties as requested by management
- Keep all stations supplied with silverware, glassware, share plates, bread plates, placemats, condiments, sugar, coffee, tea, etc.
- Ensure guests check is completed properly and presented promptly
- Return change or charge slips in a timely manner
- Communicate guests' needs to kitchen and management
- Inform management of guests' reactions and comments
- Assist management to ensure smooth operation and quality service
- Control alcohol service to prevent guest intoxication
- Help promote a safe and clean environment for coworkers and guests
