Job Requirements

  • high school education
  • minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • intermediate culinary knowledge
  • proficient knife skills
  • flexible schedule availability including mornings afternoons evenings weekends and holidays
  • fluency in English
  • legal work authorization in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent
  • cooking school or culinary institute education or equivalent experience
  • minimum two years culinary or related work experience
  • intermediate culinary knowledge
  • proficient knife skills
  • ability to multitask
  • strong communication skills
  • fluency in English

Job Duties

  • prepare breakfast lunch and dinner food items per guest orders in accordance with production requirements and quality standards while maintaining a safe sanitary work environment
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen work areas
  • follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
  • assist with inventory and stock management
  • collaborate with culinary team members to ensure timely and efficient service
  • adhere to recipes and presentation standards
  • support kitchen operations and assist with special event catering as needed
