This role is essential to maintaining the cleanliness and sanitation of kitchen operations, directly contributing to the overall health and safety standards of the community. The Dishwasher position involves monitoring and recording water temperatures and sanitizer levels to ensure compliance with health regulations. The individual in this role will also set up and break down dishwashing equipment, clean and sanitize production and ware-washing areas, and maintain the storage room for cleaning supplies, ensuring everything is organized and properly labeled. This part-time position works from 4:30 PM to 8:00 PM with rotating shifts, including alternating weekend days, providing flexibility for those seeking work outside standard business hours.
