Job Requirements

  • obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
  • flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
  • enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment

Job Qualifications

  • previous cooking experience preferred
  • ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
  • strong multitasking skills
  • good physical stamina
  • ability to work independently and as a member of a team
  • ability to communicate effectively
  • willingness to stay informed about company history and products

Job Duties

  • manufacture and present all hot and cold food products including salads, hot and cold sandwiches, pastas, hot and cold appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté and grill items
  • organize and clean work area
  • perform opening and closing kitchen tasks
  • work effectively both independently and as part of a team
  • maintain safety standards and report any safety concerns to management
  • stay current on company events, history, and products
  • complete additional duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty
