Job Requirements
- obtain and maintain a current food handlers card
- flexible schedule including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays preferred
- enjoy working in a busy customer service-oriented environment
Job Qualifications
- previous cooking experience preferred
- ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment
- strong multitasking skills
- good physical stamina
- ability to work independently and as a member of a team
- ability to communicate effectively
- willingness to stay informed about company history and products
Job Duties
- manufacture and present all hot and cold food products including salads, hot and cold sandwiches, pastas, hot and cold appetizers, pizzas, weekly specials, and sauté and grill items
- organize and clean work area
- perform opening and closing kitchen tasks
- work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- maintain safety standards and report any safety concerns to management
- stay current on company events, history, and products
- complete additional duties as assigned by the Manager on Duty
