This performance-driven pay structure enables many Assistant Managers to average earnings of $100,000 annually, with top performers reaching up to $130,000. In addition to competitive pay, Pluckers offers comprehensive health benefits covering 100 percent of health, dental, and vision insurance for managers, valued at $6,400 annually, along with up to 15 paid vacation/personal days and free meals during shifts, further enhancing the employee experience.
