General Managers, referred to internally as "Coaches," lead the charge in delivering excellent guest experiences while managing all aspects of restaurant operations. This is a full-time salaried position offering competitive compensation, including a base salary ranging between $75,000 and $80,000, with the potential to earn bonuses based on sales and profitability. Indeed, 80 percent of Pluckers' General Managers earn $125,000 or more annually, with some top performers making over $200,000. Additional benefits include comprehensive health insurance that covers 100% of health, dental, and vision plans, paid vacation and personal days totaling up to 20 days a year, and free meals valued at $3,900 annually.
Pluckers offers a structured pathway for career growth starting from the 16-week training program known as Pluckers University, which equips new managers with a deep understanding of the company culture and operational expectations. After training, aspiring leaders gain hands-on experience as Assistant General Managers before progressing to the General Manager role. Job Duties
- Oversee daily restaurant operations including staff management and guest service excellence
- implement and maintain high standards of customer service in line with Pluckers' values
- manage financial performance through budgeting, sales analysis, and profit maximization
- recruit, train, and develop restaurant team members ensuring compliance with company policies
- conduct regular performance reviews and provide coaching to improve staff skills and engagement
- ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain workplace safety standards
- participate actively in the Pluckers University training program and apply best practices learned to the restaurant environment
