Job Description
This job opening is for a position at a restaurant franchise independently owned and operated using the McDonald’s brand and its well-known food products. Unlike corporate-owned McDonald’s stores, this location is managed by a separate franchisee who handles all employment-related matters including hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline. This means that if you are hired, your employer will be the franchise operator and not McDonald’s USA.
