Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Ability to work early morning shifts starting at 4:00 am
- Physical stamina to stand and perform tasks for extended periods
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or equivalent state certification
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitation regulations
- Knowledge or willingness to learn kitchen emergency procedures including First Aid, CPR, and fire safety
Job Qualifications
- Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant setting preferred but not required
- Knowledge of basic food handling and preparation techniques
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Physical stamina to withstand a full shift on feet
- Must obtain and maintain Serv Safe or state certification
- Knowledge, training, or certification in kitchen emergencies such as First Aid, CPR, or fire safety
Job Duties
- Prepare doughnuts from start to finish including preparing, frying, and decorating
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient operations of fryers and manage inventory of ingredients
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area
- Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe dining experience for customers
- Help front of house by providing excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and addressing customer concerns
- Assist with additional duties such as sweeping, dishwashing, or garbage disposal
