The Early Learning / TK Program Leader, also known as the Junior Rangers Club Leader, plays a crucial role within this mission by leading and nurturing groups of young children in a fun, safe, and supportive environment. This part-time role offers a pay range of $21.63 to $26.12 per hour and typically requires 20-25 hours per week with shifts varying by location in Wilmington, Huntington Park, South Gate, Walnut Park, and Los Angeles, CA. Reporting to a Site Coordinator, the Club Leader is responsible for managing clubs of about 20 children, ensuring consistent engagement through age-appropriate activities that promote whole-child development including social-emotional learning, skill building, and leadership. The work hours generally fall between 1:00 PM and 5:00 or 6:00 PM.
