Early Learning / TK Program Leader – Moreno Valley

As an Early Learning / Transitional Kindergarten (TK) Program Leader, also known as a Junior Rangers Leader, you will hold a pivotal role in creating a fun, safe, and positive learning environment for young learners primarily in TK and Kindergarten groups of up to 10 students. This part-time non-exempt position, located in Moreno Valley or Perris, involves working approximately 20-25 hours per week in shifts that may vary and include evenings, weekends, and required training sessions. The hourly compensation ranges from $21.50 to $25.70 based on experience and qualifications.

Junior Rangers Leaders contribute significantly by planning and facilitating age-appropriate activities that embrace a whole-child approach, integrating social-emotional learning, skill building, self-esteem, and leadership development. This hands-on, on-site position demands enthusiasm, creativity, and a genuine passion for working with young children within either an outdoor or school-based setting. Leaders work collaboratively with the Site Coordinator and Community Liaison to ensure program success, cultivate positive relationships with participants and stakeholders, and comply with all safety protocols and emergency procedures.
