Currently, Zen Educate is seeking multiple early childhood educators to fill diverse roles within school districts and private preschool centers. These roles range from mid-term substitute placements to daily substitute program positions, providing flexibility and consistent work opportunities for individuals passionate about early learning. As an early childhood educator under Zen Educate, you will be stepping into a teaching position at preschool sites, responsible for leading daily classroom routines and activities designed for children aged 2 to 5 years old. This role involves creating a safe, nurturing, and engaging learning environment that supports children's social, emotional, and academic development.

You'll follow the established school curriculum and routines while collaborating closely with other teachers and support staff to ensure a cohesive and effective educational experience. Effective communication with staff members and families is a key component of this position to maintain a strong, supportive community around the children. The role offers a flexible schedule from Monday through Friday and a competitive pay range of $22 to $25 per hour, reflecting the importance of the responsibilities and the expertise required.
