Job Description
Eagle Hill Apartments is a picturesque and well-maintained apartment community managed by Lindsey Management Co., Inc., a professional property management company committed to providing exceptional living experiences for all residents. Situated in a convenient location, Eagle Hill Apartments offers comfortable and affordable housing options with a focus on community and quality service. The community boasts attractive amenity spaces and well-kept living environments that cater to a diverse population of residents seeking both convenience and comfort.
We are currently seeking a reliable Full-Time Maintenance Technician to join our dedicated team at Eagle Hill Apartments. This role is essential for maintaining the quality and safety of our community by responding promptly to resident repair requests and performing preventative maintenance duties. The Maintenance Technician will assist both the Community and Maintenance Directors, working collaboratively to ensure that all maintenance operations enhance resident satisfaction and maintain the community’s high standards. Additionally, this position offers the unique advantage of living on-site, which not only saves commuting time and costs but also fosters a strong connection with the community and its residents.
The Maintenance Technician will be responsible for a wide range of general repair and maintenance tasks, including painting, drywall repairs, lighting fixes, basic carpentry, and cleaning and maintaining apartment units as well as community amenities. This role also requires conducting routine property inspections to identify and address maintenance needs proactively. The technician will participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours emergencies, requiring flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and other scheduled times. The position demands strong organizational skills, a proactive work ethic, and a commitment to delivering excellent customer service and resident satisfaction. Experience in a variety of maintenance disciplines is highly valued, and prior property maintenance experience is preferred. Additionally, candidates who possess HVAC or CPO certification are especially encouraged to apply.
This is a full-time position offering an hourly wage along with a comprehensive benefits package, including health, dental, and vision insurance; paid life insurance; company-paid long-term disability; earned paid time off, sick leave, and holidays; and a generous apartment rent discount as a benefit of living on-site. Candidates must be able to pass a criminal background check and drug screening and have a valid driver’s license. Eagle Hill Apartments is proud to be an equal opportunity employer and invites applicants to join our welcoming and professional community where you can grow your maintenance career and make a positive impact on resident living experiences.
