Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- prior maintenance experience preferred
- ability to pass a criminal background check and drug screening
- valid driver’s license
- flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holidays, and participate in on-call rotation
Job Qualifications
- Experience with a variety of maintenance disciplines
- strong organizational and time-management skills
- commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction
- previous property maintenance experience preferred
- HVAC or CPO certification is a plus
Job Duties
- Respond to resident maintenance requests in a timely manner
- perform preventative maintenance and general repairs
- perform general maintenance tasks such as painting, repairing drywall, fixing lighting, and basic carpentry
- clean and maintain apartment units and community amenities
- conduct routine property inspections
- move furniture and equipment as needed
- participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours maintenance emergencies
- work weekends, evenings, holidays, and on-call as scheduled
