Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service setting
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with e-mail platforms
- Ability to work well within a team environment

Job Duties
- Professionally handle incoming requests from customers and ensure issues are resolved promptly and thoroughly
- Ensure all phone, email, and customer service email platform inquiries are answered daily
- Submit and follow-up on UPS claims weekly and update customers on their orders
- Provide e-commerce fulfillment support including picking, packaging, cycle counts, inventory, and order fulfillment
- Work with e-commerce team to manage ordering of office and warehouse supplies
- Process returns and exchanges daily, including restocking products and communicating with the team
- Balance company policy with customer benefit in decision making
- Continuously identify opportunities for process improvements to enhance customer experience
- Collaborate with fulfillment team to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve unfulfilled orders
- Maintain understanding of all relevant company policies and procedures
- Keep main office clean and organized
- Perform other duties as assigned
