We are currently seeking a Dynamic Pastry Chef to join our culinary team. The Pastry Chef will be responsible for preparing ingredients by portioning, chopping, and storing food following strict standards to ensure freshness and quality. The role involves washing and peeling fresh fruits and vegetables, measuring and mixing ingredients with precision according to recipes, and preparing both hot and cold foods, always with an emphasis on beautiful presentation. Operating kitchen equipment such as ovens, grills, and fryers safely and effectively is a key part of this position.

Attention to detail is paramount as the chef will test ingredients for proper cooking and quality, maintain a clean and organized workstation, and ensure that the kitchen area, tools, tables, and equipment are sanitized consistently. Adherence to safety and security policies is essential to foster a safe work environment. Beyond technical skills, our ideal candidate will be a team player who builds positive relationships with colleagues and contributes to a collaborative kitchen culture.

This position requires at least one year of related work experience in a culinary setting, preferably in pastry or dessert preparation, although supervisory experience is not required. Candidates must have a high school diploma or equivalent and be physically capable of lifting up to 25 pounds.
