Job Description

Dragonfly Health is a pioneering company at the forefront of care-at-home technology and services, specifically focusing on the durable medical equipment (DME) and pharmaceutical sectors. Established on a solid 20-year foundation, Dragonfly Health combines advanced data analytics and innovative technology to streamline the delivery and management of health equipment and medication for patients across all 50 states. Serving over 145,000 patients daily, Dragonfly Health has established itself as a leading platform that supports caregivers, patients, and their families with seamless and efficient healthcare solutions from the comfort of home or healthcare facilities.

As a durable medical equipment technician at Dragonfly Health, you will play a vital role in the company’s mission to transform hospice and post-acute healthcare. This position is much more than just handling equipment deliveries—it’s about providing comfort, ensuring patient safety, and supporting the wellbeing of those who need it most during critical times. Working at Dragonfly Health means joining a dynamic, inclusive, and adaptable team culture that values innovation, collaboration, and compassion. You will have the chance to work in an environment where your skills are continuously developed, and your career growth is supported through ongoing learning and advancement opportunities.

The company recognizes the symbolic significance of its name: the dragonfly represents transformation, agility, and guidance. At Dragonfly Health, these values are embedded in everyday operations, reflecting a commitment to quickly respond to patient needs, providing peace of mind, and delivering excellence in care. As part of the team, you will have a chance to contribute to revolutionary healthcare solutions while upholding a higher calling to deliver quality patient care. This role offers a competitive hourly wage of $20.00 and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision insurance, paid time off, sick time, and a 401k plan with company match.

Joining as a DME technician means becoming a hero behind the scenes, making a tangible impact on patients’ lives by delivering, setting up, maintaining, and troubleshooting critical medical equipment. You will also educate patients and their families, ensuring they know how to properly and safely use the equipment provided. This role involves working flexible hours, including weekends and on-call shifts when necessary, requiring a compassionate and dedicated attitude towards customer service. Previous delivery experience is preferred, and a clean driving record with no major violations is essential.

Dragonfly Health offers an inspiring work environment where agility and adaptability are key attributes. The company fosters a culture of fast pivots and responsiveness to support patients' evolving needs, making it a great place for individuals seeking meaningful work that combines technology, healthcare, and compassionate service. If you’re passionate about making a difference and ready to soar alongside a company that's reshaping the future of home-based healthcare, Dragonfly Health welcomes your application.
