Job Requirements

  • Must be a minimum of 18 years of age
  • Have a valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and motor vehicle insurance
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Basic computer and writing skills
  • Capable of counting money and making change

Job Duties

  • Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws
  • Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring
  • Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner
  • Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints
  • Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed
  • Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures
  • Perform minor equipment repair and troubleshooting
  • Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems
