Job Duties
- Maintain a healthy, safe and secure environment by following and enforcing food safety, safety and sanitation guidelines and comply with all applicable State and Federal laws
- Assist in the development of employees through training and mentoring
- Assist in executing all in-restaurant marketing promotions and new product rollouts in a timely manner
- Follow and maintain quality and guest service standards including drive-through times
- Ensure guest satisfaction by providing superior customer service and prompt problem resolution to guest complaints
- Manage inventory and order food and beverages, equipment and supplies as needed
- Comply with all restaurant's brand and franchisee policies and procedures
- Perform minor equipment repair and troubleshooting
- Follow email protocols to notify the maintenance department of equipment malfunctions and/or potential problems
